Hi, I’m Kris, a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and stay active.

For over a decade, I’ve helped people overcome pain and return to the activities they enjoy. My focus is always to understand the cause and create a clear plan to help you live life well.

I take the time to listen, carry out a thorough assessment, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and have a particular interest in low back pain, shoulder problems, and running-related injuries.

I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Based in Sedbergh, I’m proud to offer a friendly and personal physiotherapy service for the local community.

If pain or injury is stopping you from doing the things you enjoy — whether that’s walking in the fells, running, or working comfortably — physiotherapy may help.

If you’d like support with an injury or ongoing pain, you can get in touch to book an appointment.

Is Physiotherapy Right for You?

Physiotherapy can help if pain, injury, or stiffness is stopping you from doing the things you enjoy.

You may benefit from physiotherapy if you are experiencing:

• Back or neck pain
• Shoulder, knee, or joint problems
• Sports or running injuries
• Muscle strains or ligament injuries
• Pain that hasn’t improved on its own
• Difficulty returning to activity after an injury

Many people also seek physiotherapy to improve movement, prevent recurring injuries, or get back to sport and exercise safely.

If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is right for your problem, feel free to get in touch or book an assessment — I’ll be happy to help guide you.
